Social Events Programme 2012

Below is our provisional programme for 2012.  Please keep an eye on the monthly magazine and weekly news sheets for further details.  

Wed18 Apr:       West Hallam Choral Society – Spring Concert at All Saints Church, doors open at 7pm

Fri 18 May         Quiz Night at KHCH at 7.30pm

Sat 26 May        Great Cassock Run + Cake Sale, 10am to 12 noon. Sponsor forms are at the back
                          of ‘church’. Cakes from cake stall in church grounds.

Sun 3 June        Jubilee Celebration – Faith Lunch in Friendship House and surrounding environs after
                          Morning Worship.

Sun 1 July         Garden Party in Friendship House and surrounding environs 12 noon – 4pm

Sat 18 Aug        Royal Garden Party at 137 Ladywood Road. In aid of Church Drive Appeal. 2 - 4 pm.
                          (Hats optional!)

Sat 1 Sept         Coach Trip to Cambridge - £12 per person. Please book with Rev David or Esther at 
                         137 Ladywood Road.
 
Sat 8 Sept         ‘British Evening’ at The Vicarage’

Sat 15 Sept:      Children’s Society Coffee Morning at Olive & Carol’s (10 Ribblesdale) - starting 10am

Sun 23 Sept:     Harvest Lunch 12noon at Kirk Hallam Community Hall (KHCH)

Sat 17 Nov:       Auction at KHCH starting at 11am

[Wed 5 Dec:      ‘Tree of Lights Service’ at All Saints Church]

Wed 12 Dec:     West Hallam Choral Society – Christmas Concert at All Saints Church, doors open at 7pm

[Sun 9 Dec:       ‘Christingle’ at KHCH starting at 11.11am]

Sun 23 Dec:      Mince Pies at the Vicarage starting 11am
                          [Carols by Candlelight starting at 6pm]
